Following months of speculation, the full lineup for this year’s Glastonbury Festival has been unveiled.
As previously announced, Arcade Fire will headline the Friday night Pyramid Stage slot on 27th June, whilst Kasabian will close on Sunday 29th June. Following heavy rumours, iconic US heavy metal band Metallica will take to the iconic Pyramid for the key Saturday night slot on 28th June.
Along the exhaustive list of new names (some 1,600 acts in total), include Skrillex, HAIM, The 1975, Rudimental, De La Soul and more.
The above will join the already-announced Ed Sheeran, London Grammar, Kelis, CHVRCHES, Dolly Parton and Blondie over at Worthy Farm in Somerset, the home of Glastonbury for over half a century.
