The Great Escape Festival returns to Brighton later this week with yet another impressively-diverse selection of music talent from all over the world.

With the likes of Kelis, Example and Wild Beast set to perform in some of Brighton’s most iconic venues (alongside over 400 more artists and bands over the three days), we’ve skimmed through the lineup and picked the five acts you definitely wouldn’t want to miss.

5. Denai Moore
Treat yourself to the soulful tones of Miss Denai Moore who performs on the opening day of the festival.

4. George Ezra
The Singer/Songwriter could silence an entire arena with his larger-than-life bluesy vocals. Catch him live while you can before he blows up with his debut album.

3. Kiesza
If quirky electro-pop is your thing then you might want to check out Canadian artist Kiesza, whose debut single Hideaway has taken the UK charts by storm. Her new cover of Haddaway’s What Is Love, is equally as brilliant.

2. Elli Ingram
Witness the gritty sounds of the talented Elli Ingram as she returns to her hometown to perform tracks from her latest EP The Doghouse.

1. Ella Eyre
From Elli to Ella Eyre, a name which most will have heard of, thanks mostly to her collaborations with Rudimental and Naughty Boy. This 20-year-old ‘lioness’ has been tipped for great things this year; we’ve seen her live and her roaring vocals are definitely not ones you’d want to miss!
