Eminem has confirmed he is to hit Wembley Stadium on 11th & 12th July.

The announcement, made during a call with Zane Lowe earlier this evening, will see the infamous rapper take to the iconic venue on July 11th.

The show, dubbed ‘Never Mind Hyde Park, It’s Eminem’, will be the star’s first headline UK show since 2001, with Eminem making history as being the first rapper to perform his own concert at the stadium. Originally planning to perform at Hyde Park, the decision was turned down by authorities (hence the name of the show). Eminem told Zane Lowe, “I heard that I wasn’t going to be approved to play in Hyde Park and it made me even more excited to play in London this summer. The easiest way to get me to do something is to tell me I can’t do it. Thanks to the Royal Parks for making it all possible….for Wembley.”

Tickets will go on sale this Friday (9th May), direct from Ticketmaster UK. Click here for more information.
