Premiered on Noisey earlier in the week, comes XO’s follow-up (& B-side) to last month’s What’s Luv, with Holdin’ On.
After first capturing our attention with Old Skool earlier this year, XO truly delivers on this joint, co-written by himself alongside Bobby French (aka RobLaw who also features on vocals).
Holdin’ On is a straight-up summer/electro-trap/house jam, full of unique twists and loops (alongside the odd stretched-vocals); the types of beat that truly seems to be the ‘in’ thing at the moment.
