The first cut from Michael Jackson’s posthumous record Xscape has been unveiled in full.
Originally recorded in the early 1980’s (for presumably the Off The Wall sessions), Love Never Felt So Good is an upbeat, funky track and is bound to appeal to even the most hardcore of fans (many of whom were left heavily disappointed by 2010’s Michael).
Love Never Felt So Good is one of eight new tracks remastered for Xscape, curated by LA Reid, and featuring production work from the likes of Timbaland and Rodney ‘Darkchild’ Jerkins. Justin Timberlake has added his own vocals onto the pre-recorded track too; (Timberlake joins Mary J Blige on Xscape as some of the featured collaborators), and the harmonies sound perfect together. Timberlake’s ‘edit’ will be available on the Deluxe Edition of Xscape as a bonus track; the main version of the record will feature 100% pure Michael.
