Watch: Ed Sheeran unveils SBTV ‘Take It Back’ acoustic session

Ed Sheeran has gone back to where it all began, by unveiling an acoustic ‘A64’ video of Take It Back for online music channel SBTV.

Sheeran, whose now-infamous 2010 acoustic recording of You Need Me, I Don’t Need You assisted SBTV’s launch amongst the masses, also helped to spearhead his own globally-successful career, spanning worldwide acclaim for his fresh take on ‘instrumental urban-pop’.

The Suffolk singer’s latest session for SBTV sees Sheeran spit bars of new album track Take It Back, as he drums up support for Sing, the lead release from his upcoming LP, X, both set for UK release in June. Toward the end of the performance, the singer can be seen reciting his verse from his inclusion in Rizzle Kicks’ Epic Dreamers remix.

Watch the full visual below, and hit the iTunes link to preorder Sing now (or purchase globally aside from the UK, Australia, Germany and Ireland).
