Premiered last night on Annie Mac’s ‘MusicalHotWaterBottle’ show, Blonde have now unveiled their brand new track Foolish, in its entirety.
Blonde (formulated by Adam Englefield and Jake Manson) seem to be part of the ‘nu-wave’ of dance/house groups that seem to be doing wonders for home-grown talent; driving the genres forward with their upbeat, and upswing, lighter sounds. If both Foolish, alongside their divine bootleg of Corona’s Rhythm Of The Night have anything to show, the Blonde duo are definitely ones to watch this year. Likewise is sort-of-newcomer-but-actually-already-quite-established Ryan Ashley, whose smooth vocals feature on the track.
Ashley’s sound seems far more advanced than his 18 years, something which will be a strong plus for label PMR; it’s no doubt that we’re looking forward to what the future has to offer for this young vocalist.
Foolish is the first release from Blonde’s forthcoming EP, and leads Blonde getting into the summer spirit with DJ sets at Glastonbury, Secret Garden Party, Global Gathering, Creamfields and Wireless, alongside a live show coming in Autumn.
