Sam Smith took to US TV show Saturday Night Live (SNL) last night, making his mark back on American soil to show the nation he’s not just ‘that dude from that Disclsoure track’.
Performing Lay Me Down, alongside his forthcoming single, the gospel-enthused Stay With Me, Sam wowed the audience, alongside guest-host Louis CK, and rightly so. Bringing along a full-on gospel choir for the performance of the latter, finally the folks across the pond can realise what us Brits have been going on about over the past year or so.
