A fourth person has died following a hit-and-run incident at the Texas SXSW festival earlier this month.
The victim, who is yet to be named, follows almost a fortnight after the third death from the attack, where drunk driver Rashad Owens sped through security barricades at the annual music and culture expo.
Owens, who was arrested soon after, will now face four counts of murder alongside 21 counts of ‘aggravated assault with a vehicle’ should he be found guilty of the attack.
