UK grime artist Meridian Dan has premiered the official visual for huge underground track, German Whip, and as you would imagine, there’s a ‘German Whip’ in pretty much every scene.
The track has caused something of an underground sensation over the past couple of months, spanning a monster remix (featuring Bossman Birdie, Skepta, Professor Green and Rizzle Kicks), alongside being a staple play over on 1Xtra, with the likes of Mistajam and Charlie Sloth both being self-proclaimed fans of the track.
2014 seems to be an exciting time for grime, with both German Whip and Krept & Konan’s Don’t Waste My Time both spurning a revived interest in the genre.
