Prince and his new 3RDEYEGIRL band are to play at next week’s BRIT Awards.
The megastar, who is currently in the midst of a whirlwind guerrilla UK tour, dubbed the ‘Hit & Run’ tour, will take the stage at the annual awards ceremony next Wednesday (19th February).
Prince & 3RDEYEGIRL’s appearance means they will be joining such music royalty onstage, including Arctic Monkeys, Disclosure, Lorde, Bruno Mars and Pharrell Williams, amongst others.
This year marks a new era for the BRIT Awards – aside from its live showing on UK TV station ITV1, the show will also be broadcast live globally on the BRIT Awards YouTube channel.
