Rising Brummie starlet Laura Mvula visited Fearne Cotton’s BBC Radio 1 show earlier today, unveiling her cover of Coldplay’s Yellow for her trip to the station’s Live Lounge.
Mvula, who currently is gearing up for next week’s BRITs Awards with two nominations under her belt (British Female Solo Artist, British Breakthrough Act), chose the cover as a homage to previous BRIT Award winners, the theme for this week’s Live Lounge.
