With his new Cassy O EP almost ready to drop (landing mid-March), rising British folk singer George Ezra, who finished fifth in the BBC’s Sound of 2014, took to Zane Lowe’s BBC Radio 1 show last night to unveil the title track.
Cassy O (the track) is sheer proof as to why Ezra deserves the BBC accolade; he’s an exciting prospect to the new sounds that are starting to seep through the cracks in the UK youth market. Here’s to hearing the rest of the EP. Cassy O is set for release on 16th March, however those who preorder will receive the title track as an instant download.
