Arcade Fire have confirmed their appearance at next year’s Glastonbury Festival, following a tweet regarding their 2014 tour dates.
Following the announcement, news spread like wildfire online, and was soon after confirmed by the Festival organisers through their Facebook page:
Arcade Fire were heavily rumoured to appear at the festival, and will headline the Friday slot, leaving both the Sunday and the much-coveted Saturday slots to be filled.
The group will be joined by the already-announced Lily Allen and Stanton Warriors and will mark their biggest show yet in support of their latest LP, Reflektor.
