Legendary producer Giorgio Moroder, widely known for his major influence on the global disco scene, played his first ever DJ set last night as part of Red Bull’s Music Academy series. The 73-year-old, who has shot to prominence again with his collaboration on Daft Punk’s latest album Random Access Memories, played a string of his previous hits, including Donna Summer’s I Feel Love and Hot Stuff, as well as his recent Daft Punk track, Giorgio by Moroder.
