British artist Laura Mvula has premiered new single ‘That’s Alright’.
Launching with a heavy drum-beat, akin to Mr Scruff vs Paulo Nutini’s ‘Pencil Full of Lead’, this is a fun, loud, bluesy affair, with a chorus that fuses strong brass with Mvula’s even stronger vocals. This is a fantastically experimental track and should do well to raise Laura’s profile even higher than it already is.
