R&B megastar Rihanna has announced a one-hour documentary covering the behind-the-scenes of her recent 777 tour. The documentary, to be shown on US network FOX has been titled, imaginatively, ‘Rihanna 777’. For those unaware of the tour, Rihanna covered seven major global cities in seven days, for a limited invite concert. The performances, made up of fans, journalists and her large entourage, were also infamous due a chartered plane taking lucky journalists and competition winners on tour with her.
The special will go behind-the-scenes on the event; covering everything from the flights (and champagne bottles popping) to addressing various tour rumours (ie snubbing folk in-flight). For fans of Rihanna, this is set to be a big eye-opener to the mammoth 7-day alcohol-fueled party.
‘Rihanna 777’ will air on Fox at 8PM (EST/PST) on May 6th.
