Last night’s Saturday Night Live showed Justin Timberlake as a true showman as he worked the double-duty of both presenting and performing on the show.

The star was welcomed by a a multitude of stars who helped introduce him as the latest inductee of the SNL’s coveted ‘Five-Timers Club’ – an accolade for those who have presented the show five times. Previous inductees were there, including Steve Martin, Alec Baldwin, Tom Hanks, Chevy Chase, and Candice Bergen; all clad in Hefner-esque velvet robes with a ‘5’ on them.

Aside from presenting, Timberlake also took to the stage to rock out both ‘Suit & Tie’ and ‘Mirrors’ from forthcoming long-player ‘The 20/20 Experience’ – another fantastic performance from a star who manages to collide strong production techniques with brilliant vocals and impressive support.

Even more impressively, Timberlake also brought out new partner-in-crime Jay-Z onto the track…. putting it into perspective, JT’s new BFF had never made an SNL appearance with Kanye or Drake!

Oh, and speaking of Kanye – remember his ‘Suit & Tie’ dig in London last week? On stage during a recent performance, K was quoted as saying “And I got love for Hov but I ain’t fucking with that ‘Suit & Tie’.” As payback, last night’s SNL saw Timberlake change the line “shit so sick, got a hit and picked up a habit” to “My hit’s so sick, got rappers acting dramatic.” WIN!

Check out the performance of ‘Suit & Tie’ below – his live shows over the past month has been proving how much he deserves to be back on stage; make sure you try and cop tickets next time he’s playing near you!:
