British dubstep group Nero have taken to Twitter this evening to officially announce their return to the music scene this year.
The tweet, simply stating “2013…. we return!” will mark their first release since 2011’s debut album ‘Welcome Reality’, certified gold both in the UK and Australia.

Though they haven’t been away long enough to count the group under the #yearofthecomeback moniker, it’s still good to hear they’re going to be releasing new music this year. 2011’s ‘Promises’, which featured the smash remix with Skrillex, captured the UK festival scene… fingers crossed we’ll be hearing some similar anthems again this year.
The group also tweeted that album updates will follow soon; of course we’ll be there to update once we have any more info to report. In the meantime, check out Promises below.
