Electronic supremos Daft Punk are rumoured to have ended their long-running terms with EMI and shifted to Sony’s Columbia label to release their long-awaited (untitled) 4th album.
Although not strictly have gone away, this is another big thumbs up for the #yearofthecomeback. Bar working on the Tron: Legacy soundtrack, the French duo’s last major release was 2007’s ‘Human After All’. A long list of artists have confirmed they are working on the new album, set to have been in production since 2010, including Panda Bear, Paul Williams, Chilly Gonzales, and most recently Nile Rodgers.
