The public have spoken, and tonight, three-piece Rough Copy were knocked out the UK’s version of hit TV show The X Factor, leaving Luke Friend, Nicholas McDonald and Sam Bailey to battle it out for next week’s final.
With that in mind, we’re asking you, our readers, who you think deserves to win…. based on talent, likeability, and will actually be a success in the charts.
Sources close to the show have confirmed the following song choices by the final three:
Sam Bailey – The Edge Of Glory (Lady Gaga) / The Power Of Love (Jennifer Rush)
Nicholas McDonald – Candy (Robbie Williams) / Angel (Sarah McLachlan)
Luke Friend – We Are Young (Fun) / What Makes You Beautifu (One Direction)
Additionally, the duets for the contestants have now also been announced:
Sam Bailey to duet with Nicole Scherzinger (singing And I Am Telling You)
Luke Friend to duet with Ellie Goulding (singing Anything Could Happen)
Nicholas McDonald to duet with Shane Filan (singing Flying Without Wings)
The Killers and Tom Odell have also been confirmed to perform on Saturday show, whilst Gary Barlow & Elton John will duet along with, Katy Perry and One Direction performing on Sunday. Sources close to the show have also revealed that the winner of this series will have the chance to support and open for Beyonce’s Mrs Carter Show World Tour in Birmingham next February.
