The stars of iconic British institute Monty Python have confirmed a further five extra nights to their 2014 One Down Five To Go tour.
The tour, originally set as a one-off show for July 1st at London’s O2 Arena, has now been expanded to incorporate ten full dates. Tickets for the new shows go on sale this Friday 29th November over here at Ticketmaster UK.

On Saturday 16th November, legendary UK dance act Chase and Status took to London’s O2 Arena for the final leg of their Brand New Machine tour, incorporating the world’s largest Google Hangout web stream.

McFly member Tom Fletcher has unveiled a cover of the group’s new hit Love Is On The Radio in a brand new acoustic video featuring his sister Carrie.
The acoustic session has surprised fans (and critics) after Carrie put on a more-than-adequate rendition of the track, taking lead vocals whilst brother Tom provided backing along with strings.

Channel 5 announced today that Carol McGiffin will join the Celebrity Big Brother team as head panelist on Celebrity Big Brother’s Bit On The Psych. Carol came 4th in the last series of Celebrity Big Brother and is an experienced broadcaster and journalist. She was most widely known for her time as a regular panelist on Loose Women, which she quit last summer and sensationally announced in her Sunday People column upon entry into the CBB house last summer.
Carol McGiffin comments: “When I was in the house I was a straight talker, and it will be the same on Bit On The Psych. I’m really looking forward to getting inside the housemates heads and seeing what mates them tick”
Bit On The Psych will transmit on Saturday nights after the main show and will be co presented by Rylan Clark and Iain Lee. Iain Lee joined the Big Brother team last summer as a regular panelist on Bit On The Psych. An established radio and television broadcaster – Iain currently presents the BBC Three Counties Radio Breakfast Show and his other credits include Inside Out London and The 11 O’Clock Show.
The news of McGiffin’s inclusion followed the release of the official ‘Big Brother Eye’ for the series [below]. Emma Willis and Rylan Clark will return for Celebrity Big Brother’s Bit On The Side which will air Monday to Friday after Celebrity Big Brother. Celebrity Big Brother is made by Initial (an Endemol company) for Channel 5. Join Emma Willis at the live launch in January.
Sophie Ellis-Bextor has premiered the long-awaited video to her new single Young Blood.
The track is the first official release from the singer’s forthcoming album Wanderlust, her fifth, set to drop 20th January 2014. The release will be supported by a one-off concert the day after at London’s Bush Hall.

Laura White, one of Stagedoor FM’s 14 for 2014: Ones To Watch, has premiered a new track, Rush Hour, the latest excerpt from her new What My Mother Taught Me EP.
The soulful ‘big-band’ number does well to showcase White’s glorious range and vocal abilities. Fingers crossed the EP will be followed with a new album at some point next year.

The global music community has come together for the worldwide release today of a new compilation that features the biggest names in music to raise money for those affected by supertyphoon Haiyan in The Philippines. Songs for the Philippines, a unique collection of 39 chart-topping hits and classic tracks, is now available worldwide on iTunes.
The artists, record companies and music publishers who are collaborating on this project together with iTunes have all agreed to donate proceeds from Songs for the Philippines to the relief efforts of the Philippine Red Cross. Songs for the Philippines is available now globally through iTunes.
