Gorgon City have announced their return to Glastonbury for 2017 with a triple-whammy of DJ sets throughout the weekend.
Revealed on their Instagram moments ago, the duo, who are gearing up for the release of their forthcoming record Kingdom later this year, will play The Temple in the SE Corner in the early hours of Friday morning. Then it’s time to hit The Glade on Saturday evening, before concluding at Silver Hayes’ WOW Stage on the Sunday afternoon.

Ticketmaster have announced a 24-hour flash sale, which includes 2-for-1 ticket discounts to V Festival and Wild Life.
Kicking off at 9am this morning, and running until 9am tomorrow, Saturday 13th May, the sale includes “deeply discounted offers for festivals, concerts, stand-up gigs, family entertainment and much more!”
Other price reductions include discounted weekend tickets to Isle of Wight Festival, 2-for-1 for Axwell and Ingresso at Victoria Park in August, and concerts including Craig David, Jess Glynne and Clean Bandit.

Calvin Harris has shared the third single from his forthcoming Funk Wav Bounces, Vol. 1 project, teaming with Khalid and Future for Rollin.
Alongside Rollin, Calvin’s new record will feature additional collaborations with Frank Ocean (Slide), Pharrell, Young Thug and Ariana Grande (Heatstroke) plus appearances from the likes of Snoop Dogg, Nicki Minaj, Katy Perry, John Legend and more.

Little Simz has released her reflective new single Backseat, the first piece of new music from the young artist since last December’s critically-acclaimed album Stillness in Wonderland.
Revealed earlier today, the track hears Simz reunite with producer Astronote (who contributed several joints to her debut record), alongside additional vocals from emerging talents Vanjess and Ella Mai.

Mabel has premiered the video for her new single, the title-track from her upcoming Bedroom EP.
Following on from March’s vibey Finders Keepers (which featured a starring role from Kojo Funds), the Kid Harpoon-written Bedroom (Years & Years, Jessie Ware) comes ahead of Mabel’s recent announcement of her place on this summer’s Secret Garden Party line-up.
With more festival appearances set to be revealed in due course (here’s hoping for Glastonbury!), a sold-out Village Underground show next month, PLUS the new EP out toward the end of June, the next few weeks are looking to be pretty exciting for the 21 year-old.

Mura Masa returned to Radio 1’s Live Lounge earlier today, May 11th, bringing along Charli XCX to perform their latest collaboration 1 Night.
After a brief chat with host Clara Amfo, where Mura described his excitement for the release of his upcoming self-titled debut album, the young producer then welcomed newcomer Tom Tripp to vocals, delivering a ‘very Mura Masa-esque’ rendition of Drake’s Passionfruit.
Recently the Guernsey-raised artist (real name Alex Crossan) also announced plans for an autumn UK tour which will see him stop in Bristol (18th October), London (19th October) and Manchester (22nd October). EE have announced their return to Glastonbury Festival for 2017, once again as the site’s ‘official technology and communications partner’.
Set to bring their bespoke 4G network to Worthy Farm for the fifth year running, the provider has already confirmed that this year’s mobile app will be arriving ‘soon’, whilst also unveiling a competition to win one of ten pairs of tickets to next month’s gathering.

Calvin Harris has announced the third single from his upcoming Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 1 by hooking up with Khalid and Future on Rollin.
Set for release this Friday, 12th May, Rollin is the third single from Funk Wav (following in the footsteps of Slide and Heatstroke), and was previewed in the visual announcement of the aforementioned record.
