Ahead of next week’s reissue of his seminal Purple Rain LP, Prince’s estate have unveiled Father’s Song, one of the six unreleased tracks from the project’s sessions.

Glastonbury 2017: The Park 10th anniversary line-up revealed
With Glastonbury Festival opening its gates in less than five days, Emily Eavis has revealed the full line-up for The Park, as the southern area of Worthy Farm gears up to celebrate its tenth anniversary.
Whilst a majority of the names have already been shared in the previous full-scale line-up, Eavis’ latest reveal confirms the return of various Glastonbury staples, including The Crow’s Nest and The Silent Disco. However, the ‘big surprise’, mooted several months back, still seems omitted from the listing, as does the Friday early-evening ‘TBA’ slot.

Listen: Alexander Lewis & Brasstracks – ‘All Of The Lights’
It’s been a while since we’ve updated our ‘Free Downloads’ section (mainly because people stream ‘n all that), but we’ve decided to give it another boot, and what better way to mark a freebie than by way of one of our favourite NYC duos, Brasstracks.
Hooking up with fellow ‘future-brass-slash-futuretronic’ musician Alexander Lewis, both camps have decided to rework Kanye’s All Of The Lights, and the end product is pretty stellar tbh. (FYI, we’re FAIRLY certain Brasstracks have actually thrown their might over this one already in their live shows, though in our defence, we’ve been slightly inhebirated each time we’ve had a chance to pop down).
Anyhoo, enough of that; the lads have created something stellar so bump it below…. LOUD. Obviously it’s in our playlists, so we’d expect you to do the same with yours. Oh, and you can also download it right away via the link underneath:

Dizzee Rascal announces ‘Raskit’ and 2017 UK tour
After sharing his all-new single Space earlier today, Dizzee Rascal has fully announced his new album Raskit, alongside detailing a full-scale UK tour.
Kicking off in Liverpool on 2nd October, Dizzee will then travel the country stopping at the likes of Glasgow, Newcastle, Bristol, Cambridge and Nottingham (among others), before concluding on 21st October at Brighton’s Dome. He will also play a full-scale show at London’s Brixton Academy on 12th October.

Listen: Zak Abel – ‘All I Ever Do (Is Say Goodbye)’
Zak Abel has announced his latest single All I Ever Do (Is Say Goodbye), whilst also confirming news of his biggest ever headline show to-date.
Set to hit London’s iconic KOKO on 10th October, the performance will align with the release of his anticipated debut album Only When We’re Naked, which lands four days earlier on 6th October.
Speaking about his latest piece of music, Zak says “I wrote All I Ever Do with the same guys who I wrote Unstable with. We had a very therapeutic day where we all spoke about people we had lost in our lives, people who had gone too soon. One of the writers, my friend Danny Shah, was telling us he lost five people he was really close to in the last three months. He said, “All I ever do is do is say goodbye. I think we should write a song with that title.”

Listen: Amber-Simone – ‘Taught Me Better’
Having already impressed with her writing skills for the likes of Shy Luv and Felix Joseph, young East Londoner Amber-Simone has branched out on her own accord with the excellent Taught Me Better.
This one’s as blissful as they come – reminiscent of late-80s soul-jams, Taught Me Better is definitely one for fans of future-led elements of the genre…. If you’re into Gallant’s sultry tones, then take note of this one!
Video: Gorillaz – ‘Sleeping Powder’
Gorillaz have shared a brand new track, Sleeping Powder, the first piece of new music from Damon Albarn’s virtual band since the release of their recent Humanz LP.
Written and recorded only last week, the companion clip for Sleeping Powder was filmed and directed by Gorillaz and features the band’s 2D at his familiar piano, playing the track prior to its debut at last weekend’s Demon Dayz Festival in Margate.

Admit it, you’re looking forward to DJ Khaled’s Grateful?. His new album, which drops next Friday (25th June), has already received some stellar previous courtesy of Jay Z and Beyonce and also Drake, however today he lands another one (!) by hooking up with Rihanna and Bryson Tiller for Wild Thoughts.

Glastonbury 2017: Jeremy Corbyn confirmed to speak at LeftField
Following multiple rumours of various political appearances (from many of the major parties, Jeremy Corbyn has finally been confirmed for a talk at next week’s Glastonbury.
Revealed by Norwich Labour MP Clive Lewis moments ago, Corybn will appear at Leftfield on Saturday 24th June. Though an appearance time is yet to be announced, it’s likely the Labour leader will join Lewis at the migrant talk panel at midday.
