Snakehips have achieved a stellar roll-call of collaborators over the past couple of years. From the likes of Zayn and Tinashe all the way to Anderson .Paak and D.R.A.M., you’d be hard-pressed to find artists out there who don’t share Snakehips’ vision for future-laced hip-hop beats, and today they add further names to their tie-up roster as they unite with Anne-Marie and Joey Bada$$ for Either Way.

Jay-Z, Craig David, Rudimental and London Grammar will hit up Radio 1 in September, with the station confirming the return of their annual Live Lounge Month.
Set to open on the 1st of the month with Foo Fighters, the four weeks will also see guests include Pink, George Ezra, 30 Seconds To Mars, Royal Blood and Rag N’ Bone Man. An as-yet-unannounced guest will also close Live Lounge Month on 29th September. Additionally, to commemorate Radio 1’s 50th anniversary, every act’s Live Lounge cover will play tribute to a big song from the past five decades.
**UPDATE: Sam Smith has now been confirmed to close Live Lounge Month with a special concert on 29th September, following the recent release of his new single Too Good At Goodbyes**

Kurupt FM have announced their Camden return with a headline performance at London’s Roundhouse on 10th October. **UPDATE: DUE TO OVERWHELMING DEMAND, A SECOND DATE HAS BEEN ADDED FOR 11TH OCTOBER**
Little is known about the show so far (the event’s been dubbed the ‘Lost Tape Tour’), however you can expect the carnage already seen at many of their live sets that have spanned festivals galore across the summer.
Last week, Brentford’s finest also announced plans for the fourth series of their acclaimed People Just Do Nothing mockumentary, set to hit BBC’s iPlayer mid-August.

Elderbrook has announced a string of UK shows as he looks to cap off a stellar twelve months, a year which has seen him currently ride high with his excellent CamelPhat-collaboration, Cola.
Set to kick off the stint at Glasgow’s Stereo on 24th October, the Londoner will then tour to Manchester before concluding at Patterns in Brighton three days later. He will also play a set at Hackney’s Oval Space on 26th October.

The BBC have looked to help ease the 2018 mourning of Glastonbury fans by announcing The Biggest Weekend, one of the network’s largest undertakings to-date.
Set to take over the spring bank holiday weekend (25-28th May), the four-day event will hit key venues in England, Scotland, Norther Ireland and Wales, with the BBC promising some of “the biggest artists in the world”. 175,000 tickets will also be available.
With no Glastonbury next year, BBC Music have confirmed that The Biggest weekend will also feature coverage similar to that offered annually for Worthy Farm, with concerts being hosted by Radio 1, 2, 3 and 6 Music, alongside extensive TV coverage across BBC Two and BBC Four. Radio 1 events will also include 1Xtra and Asian Network performances and broadcasts, whilst all sets will of course be available on BBC iPlayer.
Bob Shennan, Director BBC Radio and Music says: “BBC Music has a strong history of bringing the nation together for some special moments, and this is the biggest single music event ever attempted by the BBC. We will be celebrating the diversity of music from four different corners of the country, bringing the best UK music to the world and the best global music to the UK.”
The BBC have also confirmed that the festival will be a one-off event, with no plans to take The Biggest Weekend into 2019 and beyond.

Jessie Ware has announced two UK shows ahead of the impending reveal of new music.
Announced on her socials this morning, Ware will play intimate sets at Islington’s Assembly Hall on 4th & 5th September, shows which are likely to preview new music as fans eagerly-await the follow-up to 2014’s Tough Love.
Following the reveal, Jessie also teased “More announcements coming this week”, adding “thank you for being patient, I’m incredibly proud of whats coming. I hope it was worth the wait x”

Confirmed to receive its first airing this Thursday (27th July), the song will likely serve as the lead track from Jessie’s forthcoming third studio album, the follow-up to 2015’s Tough Love.

Pink has announced her return to the scene more than a year on from the release of Just Like Fire.
Set to land on 10th August, the artist’s new single will be called What About Us and lands a fortnight prior to her first ever headline spot at V Festival (which will see her play two shows in the UK). The track will also lead the charge for Pink’s first new full-length studio album since 2012’s The Truth About Love.
Pink revealed the news on her Instagram earlier today, showcasing a behind-the-scenes snap from the What About Us video.
