Rag’n’Bone Man has tied up with Shy FX for a new remix of As You Are.
Released in its initial form last month, As You Are comes as the latest single from the BRIT Award-winner’s acclaimed debut album Human; Shy FX’s edit slicks back the sole in favour of a more Caribbean-focused flavour, timely shared as the UK gears up for Carnival season.

Deleted scenes from an unreleased trailer of Beyonce’s LEMONADE have appeared online.
Revealed by Beyonce fan account Bey Legion, the 90-second ‘alternative’ trailer hears Bey once again question Jay-Z’s faithfulness, closing with “coiled deep was the need to know, are you cheating on me?”.

Flight Facilities returned in June with their excellent Arty Boy, marking their first new single in almost three years alongside seeing a reappearance of frequent-collaborator Emma Louise.
Whilst the original joint was full of FF’s trademark pulsating electronic beats, today the Aussie duo have teamed up with Joe Goddard who flips the cut straight into disco/house-led clubland territory.

SG Lewis has announced his return to London, almost one year on from his sold-out headline show at Camden’s KOKO.
Set to venture East to Hackney’s Oval Space on November 21st, the young producer has teased ‘special guests’ on the line-up – a show which will also likely see him reveal new collaborations as he gears up for the forthcoming release of his anticipated debut album.
Last week saw Lewis release Smart Aleck Kill, a hook-up with Londoner Colt3rane, and another glance as what’s to expect from the former’s full-length project when it lands later this year.

June’s Melodrama has spawned its second official video courtesy of the excellent Perfect Places, with the Grant Singer-directed visual placing a cool-as-fuck Lorde slap bang in centre-stage.

Jessie Ware has shared the official video for Midnight, her first single in over two years, and the lead release from her upcoming third studio album, set to land later this autumn.
Of the visual, Jessie says “We shot from 1am until the sun came up and the video was so much fun to make”; the associated press release also confirms that the clip is set as the second visual of a two-part story, with the prologue expected to be released “soon”.

After appearing on last year’s Hiding, newcomer Lauren L’aimant has forged closer ties with Icarus, releasing her solo debut Family on the Bristol lads’ Fly Boy Records imprint.
Set to act as a prelude to her upcoming debut EP, L’aimant tells the story of the groovy Family, saying “I wrote the song about being there for someone when they’re in need, even if they don’t ask for your help. I want it to be a reminder that love and togetherness is what life is all about – especially during troubling times in our lives.”
Though unaffiliated, the joint solidly sounds like the ‘next chapter’ of Tensnake’s Nile Rogers-featuring Love Sublime; if you were feeling that one (and let’s face it, who didn’t?), then you’ll feel completely at ease with Lauren’s cut. Listen below:
Jax Jones has given last month’s Instruction the video treatment, gearing up for Carnival season with a similarly-inspired visual alongside featured-collaborators Demi Lovato and Stefflon Don.
Of his guest stars, Jax says he “wanted to continue where [he] left off with ‘You Don’t Know Me’,”, adding “We knew we needed someone with a certain level of swag and confidence to pull off a song like this so we sent it to Demi Lovato to see if she was interested. I thought it was long shot but she loved the record and delivered us all the right feels in the vocal. Stefflon Don is one of the most exciting new rappers to come out of the UK today, so getting her on a song with a pop superstar like Demi is a defining moment for me as a fan of music. I love clashing genres together. It’s one of those collaborations which is as exciting on paper as it sounds on record. I can’t wait to play this song at my festival shows this summer!”

Björk has announced her all-new album, sending fans into a spin whilst teasing the “very soon” release date.
Revealed on her socials moments ago, the Icelandic musician said “I am excited to share with you that my new album is coming out very soon”, with the associated press release pointing to the CD & vinyl preorder page.
Björk’s previous full-length studio project was 2015’s Vulnicura, which saw collaborators including Arca and Haxan Cloak; she then followed-up the project with a sidelined string-focused record, titled Vulnicura Strings several months later.
Tracklisting, title and cover-art for the new album are still yet to be confirmed.
Following his initial announcement on Friday, The Weeknd has well and truly delivered, serving up the official remix of his latest single Reminder.
Lifted (in its initial form) off his recent Starboy project, the Reminder remix hears Abel’s vocals retained, with Young Thug opening and A$AP Rocky closing (the latter with a pretty solid verse).
