British girlband The Saturdays have unveiled a sample teaser of their forthcoming new album Living For The Weekend.
The album, which includes the Sean Paul-featuring What About Us, along with latest single Disco Love is set for release on October 14th.

Taking to Radio 1 DJ Zane Lowe’s show tonight, British indie star Jake Bugg unveiled both new single, What Doesn’t Kill You, as well as his sophomore album Shangri La, produced by Rick Rubin. The album is set for an 18th November release.
The singer/songwriter also unveiled the official video for What Doesn’t Kill You to coincide with the announcement. Check it out above!
Rapper and mega-producer Kanye West has bared all to Radio 1 DJ Zane Lowe in a 4-part special interview.

Describing the album Kanye opens “I was able to start just making what was exactly on my mind again, and not having to speak with the textures of the time….. He continues announcing Michael Jackson (like so many other global stars) was the inspiration for his life both musically and spiritually – “For me, as Kanye West, I would not be Kanye West if it wasn’t for Michael Jackson,” he says. “Michael Jackson, he had to fight to get his video played because he was black. This is Michael Jackson.”
After premiering new single TKO on Friday along with a host of new music over the weekend at the iHeartRadio Festival in Las Vegas, Justin Timberlake has unveiled in full his new album The 20/20 Experience volume 2.
Aside from the new music, the album, set for a full release next Monday (30th September), also includes July hit Take Back The Night.

TLC, the best-selling female group in music history, has revealed the title and track-listing for their latest collection, which will be released on October 15th by LaFace/Epic Records. Entitled 20 as a nod to the group’s 20-year-plus career, the album features TLC’s biggest hits (including their four No. 1 singles, Creep, Waterfalls, No Scrubs, and Unpretty), plus a new track written by Ne-Yo, Meant To Be.
The latter will be heard during the closing credits of the upcoming VH1 Original Movie, CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story, which inspired the track-listing for 20. The film, which stars Keke Palmer (Akeela & The Bee) as Chilli, Drew Sidora (Step Up) as Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins, and Lil Mama (America’s Best Dance Crew) as Lisa “Left Eye” Lopez, chronicles TLC’s humble beginnings in Atlanta and unprecedented rise to fame in the ’90s. It will premiere on VH1 on October 21st.

After shares stalled on the US stock markets last Friday, amid Blackberry’s intent to lay off 4,500 employees, it has been announced that the tech company’s biggest shareholder, Fairfax Financial consortium, are likely to purchase the ill-fated handset manufacturer.
According to the Associated Press, “BlackBerry has agreed to sell itself for $4.7 billion to a group led by largest shareholder, Fairfax. BlackBerry said Monday that a letter of intent has been signed and its shareholders will receive $9 in cash for each share’.
The manufacturer has been blighted by consumer confidence over the years. Originally reigning supreme in the mobile phone market in the mid/late 2000s, the company failed to catch up with the smartphone adopters of Apple’s iPhone and Samsung’s Galaxy series. Their hope of the new Blackberry 10 software, and associated hardware, earlier this year, failed to cause any dents in the marketplace, so the sale has been inevitable.
After playing to a packed crowd at London’s Roundhouse last night, supporting Ellie Goulding’s stint at the iTunes Festival, Laura Welsh has unveiled the official video to phenomenal new single Undiscovered.
The infectious track, produced by Solange/MKS collaborator Dev Hynes, follows on from the singer’s groundbreaking Cold Front EP, released earlier this summer. We’re predicting big things for Welsh; let’s hope this is just the start.

Hard Rock International have announced that their annual ‘Hard Rock Calling’ festival will not appear in next year’s festival calendar.
According to Music Week, Hard Rock International announced that whilst ‘the brand has been privileged and honoured to host the event in the UK capital – both at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and Hyde Park – for the last eight years, it does however intend to host new music events in London as well as around the globe with announcements for “major European music programmes” coming shortly’.
