Last month marked the 21st birthday of Warren G’s iconic Regulate… G Funk Era, and to celebrate, the US rapper has announced plans to finally follow up the collection with a sequel.
Set to land on 6th August, Regulate…G Funk Era Part II, unlike it’s full-length predecessor, will instead be released as an EP and feature collaborations with E-40, Too $hort and more. The project will also include unreleased recordings by the late Nate Dogg, whom Warren famously teamed up with for the original’s title track.
