The first stampede has been and gone, with all coach+ticket combo passes for 2020’s Glastonbury Festival selling out in less than 30 minutes.

As per previous years, those who look to travel to Glastonbury by coach were given a four-day head-start on securing tickets, with some 20,000+ being snapped up when they went on sale at 6pm this evening. Meanwhile, a further 150,000 ticket-only passes will become available this Sunday (6th October), with prospective buyers expected to enter a race with over one million other hopefuls.

Earlier this year, organisers confirmed the festival’s capacity would increase by 7,000, with the extra tickets allocated to those who travelled to the site via the coach option.

Glastonbury Festival 2020 runs from 24-28th June. For all the latest news, head over to our dedicated channel, here.
