After calling it quits way back in 2010, Supergrass have announced their reformation as they gear up to the 25th anniversary of their debut record, ‘I Should Coco’.

Later this evening (6th September), the band will play their first show for nine years as special guests for Glastonbury Festival’s annual Pilton Party; rumours are abound that they will then announce a full-scale 2020 tour.

Previous Pilton Party performers have since gone on to play at Glastonbury Festival the following year, so it’s highly-likely Gaz Coombes and his cohorts will do the same. Wolf Alice will also be joining Supergrass on the Pilton line-up, with Michael Eavis having already confirmed the band will return to Glastonbury Festival for the event’s 50th anniversary in 2020.
