Nas has released the video for the Kanye West-produced ‘Cops Shot The Kid’, lifted off his recent album, ‘Nasir’.
In a clip which focuses on police brutality against the black community, the gripping visual is hard-hitting in its approach, and definitely one you need to immerse yourself into to understand the harsh realities (if you don’t already, that is).
Catch it in full below. Slick Rick, whose ‘Children’s Story’ is used as sample in the song, also makes a cameo appearance.
