Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran and Noel Gallagher are among the first acts to be revealed for the BBC’s upcoming Biggest Weekend.

Set to hit four different UK locations simultaneously, the Biggest Weekend (which runs across May 25th-28th) sees an ambitions collaboration with all of BBC’s radio output – Radio 1, 1Xtra and Asian Network will take over Singleton Park in Swansea, Wales for the weekend, headlined by Sheeran and Swift. Meanwhile sites in Scotland and Coventry will play host to Radio 2 and 3, featuring Noel Gallagher, Nigel Kennedy, Billy Ocean and Snow Patrol, whilst 6 Music will head over to Belfast’s Titanic Slipways – performers over the weekend there will include Beck, Courtney Barnett, Manic Street Preachers and Public Service Broadcasting.

More acts are set to be announced over the coming weeks.
