Dua Lipa, Rag’n’Bone Man and Anne-Marie have been revealed as the nominees for 2017’s BRIT Awards Critics’ Choice.

Announced moments ago, the trio will follow in the footsteps of 2016 winner Jack Garratt alongside past successes Adele, Sam Smith, Florence and the Machine and more. 2017 will also be a poignant year for the winner, which marks a decade since the award was initially unveiled. Over 100 artists were initially considered for the 2017 shortlist.

All three nominees have already achieved great heights this year – Anne Marie recently hit the top spot in the UK’s Official Charts with her Clean Bandit and Sean Paul-collab Rockabye, whilst Dua Lipa has flipped her own YouTube success into radio-friendly waters too with the likes of Hotter Than Hell and her latest joint Blow Your Mind.

Rag’n’Bone Man meanwhile has been bubbling under the blog-sphere for a good couple of years now, and with his debut album set to drop in Q1 (with rumoured production from Two Inch Punch, Jonny Coffer and Mark Crew), there’s a lot to be excited for here too.

The 2017 Critics’ Choice Award winner will be announced next Thursday (8th December), whilst the BRIT Awards will itself return in February, hosted for the first time by Michael Buble.
