As he prepares to kick off the UK leg of his fall European tour (including a sold-out show at London’s Shepherds Bush Empire), Mura Masa has announced his all-new single Lovesick.
Unveiled as Annie Mac’s latest ‘Hottest Record’, the track also marks a turning-point for the young Brit – his work has been duly noted across the globe, and Lovesick cements him as being the latest in-demand producer, with A$AP Rocky appearing as the song’s collaborator. In fact, devoted Mura Masa fans will find the song instantly-recognisable; initially a viral hit as Love$ick Fuck back at the turn of last year (and acting as the opener for many of the producer’s live shows), Rocky’s appearance adds some sincere swag onto an already-impeccable instrumental. Additionally, Lovesick (or Love$ick, to give it its correct moniker) has also been confirmed as the first official single from Mura Masa’s long-awaited debut album, set to land next year.
