“When I heard this song I lost my shit and instantly wanted to put my touch on it” says Iranian-born producer Naderi when describing Flume’s Lose It, his recent Vic Mensa collaboration lifted off his sophomore Skin record.

Now synonymous with the Australian dance scene alongside his aforementioned cohort (or what some may say protege), Naderi’s work with Flume goes deeper than just a remix. Having already been involved behind-the-scenes with What So Not, Nicole Millar and GRMM, among others, the Australian initially started working with Flume when the latter was merely 14 years old. Since then, we’ve all witnessed Flume grow from a shadowy remixer to a global dance phenomenon.

Back to Naderi though… essentially if his Lose It edit (which you can hear below) is your first exposure to his work, then we’d highly suggest you head over to his SoundCloud straight away – we’ve been saying for a couple of years now at how much the Australian scene is shaping global futuretronica, and it looks like Naderi could well be a key cog in that front.
