Elderbrook continues to push his own personal boundaries within the electronica spectrum, today delivering Closer, a joint which feels instantly-recognisable yet shifts aside the producer’s more melancholy approach toward something more upbeat, varied and progressive.

We’re still uncertain whether Closer will formulate part of another project from Elderbrook (it’s been almost a year since his excellent Simmer Down EP), but nevertheless, with output this consistently-solid, who needs to rush things?
