As 2016’s festival season prepares for kick-off (this weekend will see the likes of Common People, Radio 1’s Big Weekend and We Are FSTVL open their gates), Bestival organisers have announced a wealth of new acts for this year’s already-exhaustive lineup.
Often seem as the ‘bookend of the summer’, Bestival has surpassed itself this year, with the likes of The Cure, Bastille, Major Lazer and Mura Masa already-confirmed for the September jaunt – today’s lineup announcement will also see performances from Anne-Marie, HONNE and Leftfield, with DJ sets confirmed from Radio 1’s Clara Amfo, alongside DJ Zinc and MEATransMISSION-regular Ecstasy Garage Disco.
