Funkadelic should probably be no strangers to anyone who has had their foothold on music for the last, well, since forever – from delivering funk throughout the 70s straight through to modern-day, they pioneered foot-tapping to the extreme.
Newbies probably got more acquainted with Clinton when he worked on Kendrick Lamar’s To Pimp A Butterfly, and today Lamar hooks up with Funkadelic on Ain’t That Funkin’ Kinda Hard On You, and it’s as ‘get up and dance’ as any of Funkadelic’s previous discography.
