Last night, the hip-hop world was turned upside down on the announcement of a brand new Dr Dre collection.

Titled Compton: A Soundtrack by Dr Dre, the new record was inspired by the upcoming NWA biopic Straight Outta Compton, and confirmed by Dre on his Beats 1 show The Pharmacy.

Alongside the new project’s reveal, Dre unsuspectingly also confirmed that the new album will be his final full-length studio project. “…It’s gonna be my grand finale” said Dre, following reeling off the impressive guest-list in the worldwide exclusive.
