Following on from the track’s initial audio premiere almost a year ago, Dillon Francis and DJ Snake’s 2014 cut Get Low has received the remix treatment courtesy of Rae Sremmurd.
Stripping the intensity of the song back slightly for their own verse, the Rae Sremmurd duo throw a bit of ‘sincerity’ into their attempt – “Don’t throw shade, throw parties; don’t throw fists, throw parties” they state, before joining the pressure of the track with some sharp shrillness.
It seems like Rae Sremmurd have popped up from nowhere lately, however with the [commendable] success of No Type, their appearance on Get Low further signifies why naysayers should probably sit up and take note.
