Years and Years have confirmed their appearance at this summer’s Glastonbury Festival, following their new single King reaching the No.1 spot in the UK’s Official Charts.

Speaking to Radio 1’s Clara Amfo moments ago, lead singer Olly Alexander confirmed that Glastonbury 2015 is the festival they’re most looking forward to playing this summer, whilst also discussing the success of King, as well as teasing details of their upcoming debut studio album.

Years and Years join Lionel Ritchie and headliners Foo Fighters as the first big-name artists to appear on the Glastonbury 2015 bill, which runs from 24-28th June at the Festival’s Worthy Farm home in Somerset. Full line-up details are expected to be revealed in the coming month.
