Following on from the recent teaser of Higher, Rihanna has sent her fans into another spin, giving a longer glimpse of both the audio, and the video, for her upcoming single American Oxygen.
Expected to appear on her forthcoming record R8, American Oxygen is likely to be the follow-up to January’s FourFiveSeconds (Towards The Sun is unlikely to be released as a single due to its focus on the Home soundtrack).
American Oxygen itself was originally teased as part of the soundtrack for NCAA’s March Madness basketball promo, alongside further clarification of the song’s potential release – “Rihanna’s upcoming single “American Oxygen” provides the musical backdrop for NCAA March Madness on TBS, CBS, TNT & truTV”.
