Rosie Lowe has [criminally] been bubbling under for far-too-long now. First gaining prominence back at the tail-end of 2013 with her wonderful The Right Thing EP, Lowe has, since, amassed something of a small, yet hardcore fanbase, particularly amongst industry critics.

Almost a year since the EP’s title-track landed, Lowe then delivered the intimate How’d You Like it video, and this week, she followed it up with the visual accompaniment for her new single, the equally as enchanting, Who’s That Girl.

Oozing class, sophistication and sultriness, Who’s That Girl further cements Lowe amongst the class of strong-minded female artists, namechecking the likes of FKA Twigs and Jessie Ware as mondern-day comparisons (alongside potential throwbacks to Sade, of sorts). There’s absolutely an err of mysteriousness that Lowe pushes with Who’s That Girl – a simple alt/lo-fi/R&B number that’s as shimmering as it is somewhat-haunting.
