In tonight’s interview with Zane Lowe, Florence Welch remained tight-lipped regarding an impending Glastonbury 2015 performance.
Talking to Radio 1 moments ago, Lowe teased a Florence & The Machine appearance, saying “You [Florence] are a festival headliner, and proof of that will come this summer”, leaving listeners hanging for the rest of the interview.
As the conversation ended, Lowe gave the most direct question yet… “Are you playing Glastonbury?”, with Welch remaining silent, just giggles.
Well there you have it… can you call this news? Probably not, but with Florence & The Machine’s upcoming third studio album How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful set to land three weeks prior to Glastonbury 2015, we’d be surprised if she didn’t make the bill.
