Following huge anticipation, Rudimental have launched their return on the scene with brand new track, Bloodstream.

Released as a collaboration with Ed Sheeran, Bloodstream (whose original can be heard on Sheeran’s sophomore record X) is the first piece of all-new material from the Rudimental camp as they start to heat up the campaign for their forthcoming new album, the follow-up to 2013’s massively-successful debut, Home. Whilst the release date for the new project (alongside title) are still unconfirmed, various pieces of information have been teased over the past year, giving fans a glimpse on what to expect (appearances by funk legend George Clinton are likely, alongside further collaborations with Sheeran and potentially The Game have been rumoured).

Back to Bloodstream however, the track received its world premiere moments ago by Zane Lowe on his Radio 1 show (touted as the presenter’s ‘Hottest Record’). Stream the track in full below, whilst Rudimental’s Amir Izadkhah and Ed Sheeran’s chat with Zane follows on after, where both discuss how the track originally came together. Bloodstream drops on 29th March and can be preordered via the iTunes link:
