Singer Alexander O’Neal has become the first celebrity to walk voluntarily from the Celebrity Big Brother house, Channel 5 have confirmed.
O’Neal’s departure from the controversial house follows his intense confrontation with Perez Hilton, the latter whom has earned disrespect from both fellow housemates alongside viewers for his bizarre (and often disgusting) behaviour toward others.
“To all my housemates, I have had a great experience with you guys,” said O’Neal in a message to the rest of the house… continuing “I want you guys to not be sad that I’m leaving and to not let my departure interrupt your experience.”
Alexander O’Neil’s departure marks the fourth housemate to leave the compound in less than a fortnight – contestant Chloe Goodman became the first housemate to be evicted last Friday, whilst both Jeremy Jackson and Ken Morley were forced to leave due to inappropriate behaviour.
Celebrity Big Brother continues this evening at 9pm on Channel 5.
