Still in his early-20’s, DJ Mustard has one of those rare knacks in the hip-hop game – primarily pretty-much everything he touches turns to gold. Therefore, when he unveils a new remix of one of the biggest songs of the year, you tend to sit up and take note.

Yesterday, Mustard surprised everyone and dropped a fresh remix of Beyonce’s 7/11 (the original lifted from the November re-release of her 2013 self-titled album). Uniting with Ricky Meyers and DJ Freedo, Mustard’s clearly had the dancefloor in mind with his reimagination of the cut; part EDM, part trap, and all-in very much one crazy edit.

Mustard’s clearly on a tidal-wave to win some new fans; aside from his 7/11 interpretation, he’s also set to unveil a reworking of Kanye West & Paul McCartney’s Only One imminently.
