New British duo GUNSHIP have unveiled the spellbinding new visual for their debut single Fly For Your Life.

The cinematic video, which pays homage to milestone 1980s clips, follows GUNSHIP’s October teaser-trailer of their all-new material, again continuing various themes from the 80s, including TV shows, video games and toy adverts.

From an audio standpoint, GUNSHIP’s output is equally as remarkable… think along the lines of Daft Punk meets Porter Robinson (Sad Machine/Worlds-era), and you’re somewhat there. Beautiful electro/rock-inspired analogue synths coupled with some tidy vocal distortions lead to an enchanting piece that undoubtedly is set to at least set the blog-world alight.

GUNSHIP may be new on the scene, however creators Alex Westaway and Dan Haigh are no strangers to the music sphere, with both members of indie/rock-group Fightstar. With that in mind, expect the duo’s new 10-track collection to feature appearances from Fightstar’s Charlie Simpson alongside the likes of Martin Grech and Lou Hayter.
