Back in August, we applauded young British producer Alex Adair for his spellbinding edit of Jessie Ware’s Say You Love Me; back on the remix front again, Adair turns his efforts toward Ed Sheeran’s No.1 hit, Thinking Out Loud.
Overlaying Sheeran’s vocals across a summer, windswept beat (think Fickle Friends meets Kygo, in some respect), Alex Adair wonderfully captures Ed’s emotiveness in this one, and reminds us that even with the shitty weather the UK is currently experiencing, all you need is a good arrangement to remind you of the warmer days.
