Following his collaboration with TCTS on You earlier this summer, Sam Sure has shared his new solo release Hunger.
Set to land in October (as part of the Hunger EP, featuring remixes from Shadow Child, Jaded and DVWLX), the track hears Sure move with more alt/electronica-inspiration than some of his featured work, though works remarkably well. Itself, Hunger does seem a far cry from other artists under the Black Butter Records repertoire, however only goes to show how far the label intend to support solid British specialist talent.
Hunger is a solid track, with some wonderful electronic ‘gloops’, whilst Sure’s vocals absolutely make him an intriguing proposition for the future… in a good way, we mean!
Hunger drops on 20th October.
